The Battery Production Department addresses the production technology of batteries of all technologies, with a current focus on lithium-ion technology. Our member companies supply machines, plants, components, tools and services along the entire process chain of battery production: from raw material preparation to electrode production and cell assembly to module and pack production.

Presentation of the 16th edition of the ITRPV and digital product.
This session of the OPC UA Working Group for Battery Production – General Types will focus on the continuation of the work on Traceability. Building on the results of previous discussions, we will refine the existing approaches, clarify open points, and define the next steps toward a consistent and practical integration of traceability into the OPC UA Information Model for battery production. The session will conclude with scheduling the next meeting and aligning on upcoming activities. We look forward to your participation and valuable input!
The Electrode Production Subgroup of the OPC UA for Battery Production Working Group will meet to exchange input on calendar and slitter topics (if available), finalize model proposals, and coordinate next steps for subgroup activities.
