More than 320 - mainly medium-sized - companies are organized in the Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Association, which together account for more than 80 percent of industry sales.

They are manufacturers of bakery machinery, process technology for meat and protein processing, beverage production machinery, dairy technology, confectionery machinery, machinery and equipment for the processing of vegetable raw materials, packaging machinery, and machinery and equipment for the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
