Spain and Portugal currently stand out in Europe as above-average performers in the woodworking machinery industry. With a relatively stable construction sector and several major projects realized in recent years, both markets offer promising opportunities. In our round table discussion, we will take a closer look at their development and explore current trends. In addition, we will present the latest market figures. The meeting will be held in English.
The event day offers a platform for exchanging information on key developments in automation and digitalization in (wood) plant engineering. Current developments, challenges and practical examples along the entire engineering process will be presented and discussed in presentations and workshops - from the concept phase to the use of digital tools and customer requirements. The focus will be on sharing experiences and practical tips for making faster and more efficient progress in automation and digitalization.
The main woodworking machinery exhibition in Vietnam, VietnamWood 2025, will be held in Ho Chi Minh City from October 15-18, 2025. The show will have a German Pavilion.
Every six months, marketing and sales experts come together to discuss current topics in the industry. The event is hosted by different member companies of the Division Woodworking Machinery.
