Dr. Carolin Brenner won the Logistics 2025 Science Prize from the German Logistics Association with her doctoral thesis. Her findings on the omni-curve parameter and the associated potential applications are the subject of the Tech Talk.
General Assembly
The IFL is an association of companies and research institutions that focuses on practical research in intralogistics and materials handling technology. Its aims are to strengthen the leading position of the German intralogistics industry and to develop innovative solutions for material flow, warehouse technology and logistics systems. The next meeting of the IFL's Scientific Advisory Board, which will be attended by IFL members and representatives of institutes, will take place in Hamburg on February 4, 2026.
Strategy group
Around 80 manufacturers of continuous conveyors for both bulk goods and unit loads are organized together in the Continuous Conveyor Division. The annual members' meeting serves to exchange ideas and information through relevant specialist presentations. This year's members' meeting of the Continuous Conveyors Division will take place at the VDMA in Frankfurt.
