VDMA Electronics, Solar and Battery Production (ESB) represents the interests of almost 300 member companies. It is subdivided into the specialist departments Micro Technologies, Productronic, Photovoltaic Production Equipment and Battery Production.
Our members represent four of the most innovative sub-sectors of mechanical engineering and benefit sustainably from the exchange of experience that we make possible for them. As an innovation and networking platform, we bundle knowledge for our member companies, whose know-how significantly drives innovation. Together we address relevant future topics such as autonomous driving, renewable energies, electromobility and microtechnologies.
The VDMA Regulatory Cockpit provides clear, practical fact sheets on the most important regulations for mechanical and plant engineering, offering an at-a-glance overview. You can find out which industries are affected, what the schedule looks like, where action is needed and what sanctions can be expected. It is a valuable guide for any company looking to prepare for new requirements at an early stage.
