The group will innovate solutions by encouraging the development and adoption of new technologies to minimize URN. Additionally, it seeks to raise awareness about the impact of URN on marine ecosystems and influence policy by advocating for supportive regulations at both national and international levels. CIMAC WG 22 represents stakeholders from Engine and equipment manufacturers, Users: owners and operators, Classification societies, Research institutes and technical consultants.
