Die Betriebsstätte ist eine steuerliche Fiktion, die in ihrer Abwicklung sehr schnell komplex werden kann. Trotz rechtlicher Unselbständigkeit löst sie im Quellenstaat zum Beispiel Registrierungs- und Steuererklärungspflichten aus.
