How can production processes be made more efficient, bottlenecks identified, and waste avoided in the long term? Together with the ITA Academy and the Digital Innovation Center Europe, this web seminar will give you practical insight into the advantages of lean methods.

As part of a digital tour of the ITA's smart factory, we will show you specific application examples and real-life problems from industrial practice. You will experience how lean approaches bring about directly measurable improvements in processes – from higher productivity and lower costs to a culture of continuous improvement.

Bring your questions on the topic and exchange ideas with colleagues from other member companies and the speakers. We look forward to an intensive exchange of experiences.

The event is aimed at specialists and managers from the fields of production and innovation and is particularly suitable for “Lean newcomers.”
