The working group meets once a year, usually in person, to exchange experiences among manufacturers of safety valves and bursting discs against excess pressure on topics such as Materials, Pressure Equipment Directive, European standardisation, AD regulations, VdTÜV data sheets, preparation of DIN standardisation meetings. It also includes the development of guidelines (e.g. in the case of regulatory gaps in the area of heating safety valves).
Participants are technical managers, design engineers and product managers from our member companies.
