Cranes and Lifting Equipment. The working group is responsible for the strategic organisation of technical work in the Cranes and Hoists Department.

The committee deals with key issues relating to political and technical developments in the field of cranes and hoists. This includes drafting positions on legal regulations, technical regulations and standards for cranes and hoists (e.g. Machinery Ordinance; Operational Safety Ordinance, FEM, CEN TC 147, ISO/TC 96 ISO). Meetings are held once a year in person and supplemented by one or two web meetings as required.
