We look forward to the presentations (10-15 minutes each) by
Dr Hildegard Sung-Spitzl, iplas Innovative Plasma Systeme GmbH
Abstract
During her business trip through Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Dr Hildegard Sung-Spitzl was particularly surprised by the high proportion of women in technical courses such as mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, which is between 50 and 60 per cent at many universities. One unusual example is the German University of Technology (GUtech) in Oman – a branch of RWTH Aachen University – where women make up around 60 to 65% of engineering students.
Helena van de Ven, ASMPT GmbH & Co. KG
Abstract
Helena van de Ven will share her journey of leading transformational change at ASMPT, where she spearheaded a global initiative to build change management capability across the organisation. From early resistance to widespread adoption, she will walk us through how ASMPT embedded change into its culture—building a global network of change coaches, introducing practical tools, and integrating change with project management. Her story is one of persistence, people-centred leadership, and making transformation stick.
Take advantage of this opportunity to expand your professional network, gain new insights and actively shape the future of the industry together.
